Freedom of Information
ICCAN is committed to full transparency in the way in which we conduct our business.
Freedom of Information
As a recently formed public body, we are not yet legally subject to the Freedom of Information Act 2000, as we are not named in schedule 1 to the Act (which lists all organisations subject to Freedom of Information legislation). However, we are committed to act within the spirit of the legislation.
On this page you will find our responses to any requests for information made under the Freedom of Information Act 2000.
If you can’t find the information you need here, have a look at our FAQs page or Transparency page. Alternatively, please contact us for more information at iccanfoi@iccan.gov.uk.
