Freedom of Information

As a recently formed public body, we are not yet legally subject to the Freedom of Information Act 2000, as we are not named in schedule 1 to the Act (which lists all organisations subject to Freedom of Information legislation). However, we are committed to act within the spirit of the legislation.

The Independent Commission on Civil Aviation noise ceased operating on 30 September 2021.
